Called to have my 1994 Ford Truck serviced best on the great reteviews this dealer had. After being on hold for quite some time I was told ther computer couldn't Diagnose a problem on a vehicle this old?? I was so shocked I had to call back to confirm. A ford dealer that work on a vehicle because is pre computer diagnostics? I confused. I have never had a servicer tell me that! New to the area and I have a new Passat that I need maintained and I would never go to these folks

Eric Roberts was my salesmen and he was fantastic. He made my stressful search for a new (used) car much more manageable. He worked with me and was diligent. Even though he wouldn’t let me keep the bow that I made him put on my car to take a picture... I’d recommend him to anyone if you want to purchase a vehicle from a genuine and funny man! We are visiting from Michigan and the cooling fan went out on our Ford Edge. We stopped in to see if we could get it checked out and were told it would take a couple days due to their work load. When we explained we must leave Sunday, they jumped through hoops to take care of us.
