Had a good relationship with all employees at the dealership. much better than others I visited in the past. I felt no rushing to get a sale and was able to make decisions without feeling that sales pressure like at other dealership. Also found that there is not the turnover of staff like others - for example I have purchasers 2 vehicles and was able to have the same sales person-which made me comfortable as that can mean vehicle knowledge also. Sept 2017 just got another jeep --Renegade- 3rd vehicle from this dealership and must say Rob Dickens is great and helpful . Also he enjoys a hello when i come in for service, and we talk of how the vehicle is and if any problems to let him know and he will help solve them. Yes i would tell folks it is a pleasure to use this dealership.
Had a great experience buying our first minivan last week. Bruce helped us figure out exactly what we wanted and didn't pressure us into anything. In fact, I think we pressured him more with our time restrictions and busy schedules. We will definitely contact Bruce when it's time to buy again.
