Don't waste your time with this dealership, Talked to the dealer for a few days on a truck and my almost new trade in, gave them vin and 24 detailed pictures of my truck drove 4 hours there after sitting around there showroom over 2 hours they offered me $10,000 less for my trade that is in perfect condition. 10 Hour day wasted, Thanks Enjoy those 3 identical left over trucks, one was sold yesterday until this

My 1st time experience at Bob Valenti Chevrolet of Mystic was Awesome Sauce! And it will not be my last. I was treated in a most professional and timely manner with the purchase of my vehicle by both Joe, my salesman, and Nancy, the business manager. I test drove my new Toyota Camry on a Fri morning (my B-day), and drove off the lot with it the following Monday afternoon (Yay!). I hadn't purchased a new car in years, and it was the first time I did so without the assistance of a male family member or friend. My personal experience with the car industry (i.e. mechanics, dealerships, etc.) in the past has been somewhat harrowing w/out a male presence to ensure I was treated fairly. Any trepidation I initially had from those experiences was easily allayed by Joe from the moment I pulled up to the lot with my trade in. I had given him three choices to have at the ready for me, and they were. He was very knowledgeable and honest about each one---pro vs. con, and was never pushy at any point in time during my shopping experience. Nancy was the cherry on top of my experience at Bob Valenti's! Her professionalism and wit was a pure delight and only helped to ensure I had made a sound decision as I signed the relative paperwork for my new car. Her vast knowledge and position within the dealership was a most welcome reassurance for not only me, but my 17yr old daughter who was w/me that Monday for delivery of my vehicle. Thank you Joe and Nancy! You both made my car shopping experience--- and birthday an absolute joy!
