The boiled cod is tender and comes with buttery soft risotto making it the perfect entree to share with toddlers. The menu selections are limited but all of our orders were filled quickly and tasted fresh. The cocktails has high alcoholic content and definitely has a “kick.”
Great service, food is absolutely delicious and drinks aren't bad either !!.....John the owner is very friendly! !
Good food, when we were there (off-season) we did not wait for a table and the service was prompt all around.
This place is no where near the caliber of the restaurants surrounding it. I've been in almost every restaurant in Mystic and by far this is the lowest quality vs price you will find. I'm sure they do some things right but nothing that I ordered came out as asked. FYI Boathouse, when raw oysters smell like low tide they aren't good for sale. Very disappointing, will not eat here again.
I had the most fantastic gluten free meals that I think I've ever had! Staff were very friendly, service was fast. All in all a great place to dine!
