Really nice find in winter time, from the picture hotwire sent us we tough we lost on the deal- 80$can, ok its a little dated (furniture, shower, paint) but it has a lot of charm from it, you can see a lot of effort goes in the place, just like a summer beach cabin type, we stuffed the fireplace and slept great, the town is amazing, we seem to always wants brand-new rooms of corporatly owned chain hotels that staff keep super clean with just a swiffer, but remember using hotels like this one is money staying local, great job by the owners to operate something like this, this place has value and must be beautiful and busy in the summer, 3 weddings every weekend I heard.. continental breakfast is the worst, warm eggs, warm Yougurts, warm milk for (old cereals), commercial pancake machine, no bananas..
This was such a cute place! Booked my stay last minute for a little mental health getaway when TravelZoo emailed a $69/night offer. For the price, this was a great stay! The rooms are small, but it’s an inn. The view from my room was beautiful! Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was basically toast or room temperature yogurt. There were only about 5 tables to sit, so we did have to stand a bit while waiting to eat, they should impose a limit for guests on this. At one point, two women were just sitting there, on their laptops, not even eating or drinking. Despite this, I would book here again.
Location is great, but it's certainly in need of basic maintenance. I almost left the minute I saw the room, but the location was nice enough to make me tolerate it. The chairs in the room looked like someone had gone at them with a shredder and you couldn't watch tv from the bed without a pole in your way. Just basically no thought involved in comfort for the guest. Staff was pleasant at the desk and breakfast was a good basic continental.
Wonderful place for a visit to the seaport. It is an older motel, but very comfortable and the location and very are perfect. Breakfast is included and you can walk or bike downtown.
I wanted to spend a day or two in Mystic before I move back to Florida and got a great deal for Inn at Mystic. I'm very pleased with the room, the location and the beautiful view! The room has a fireplace and fabulous jacuzzi tub and quaint furniture. I highly recommend this inn and the Harbor House restaurant.
