I was very disappointed I'm a diamond member with Hilton and I expect a lot more out of the Hilton properties they didn't clean a room one day. I only put two washcloths in our room each day after complaining multiple times. They only supplied water one day and they're saying that's a new rule now and if that's the case. If $0.33 times 2 is going to kill them they've got a problem it was something on her comforter and they wouldn't change that out. Went down for breakfast no greeting set down at the table had to get my own coffee the food was marginal at best. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is that the bartender the nights that we drink in the bar was exceptional. The overall experience was very poor and I will not go back there again
This hotel was nice. It was somewhat more modern inside than most Hiltons. We stayed over for a wedding across the street at the aquarium, which was very quick to walk to. The concierge was polite, and the bed was comfortable with extra long pillows on the king-size mattress. Internet was complimentary. We did not try the free breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There is grocery store with a pharmacy within a five minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient if you forgot anything or want any snacks. Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay.
The room was great. The bartender was awesome, I think her name was Janice. The only thing that I would change is the area for the band. It was really cold by that area as its too close to the entry doors. But, we still had a great time and will come back again.
I visited the Mystic Hilton for events surrounding my friend's wedding in the area. They were very accommodating and even booked a room for me very late that night. Overall I was satisfied, and their location is certainly very convenient to all of the Mystic attractions.
The Hilton was clean and quiet, despite staying in a block of rooms for a wedding. The rooms were large and clean as well, and service was very friendly. Due to a number of other events going on at the same time, there was some limitations on room service, but nothing to lose sleep over. Literally a three minute drive from downtown Mystic which can be achieved easily by walking on a nice day. I would stay here again.
