The hotel is almost fully renovated. Our room was brand new and updated. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a plus with a decent selection of cereal, eggs, fresh pancakes and coffee. I'd definitely stay again!
It was very clean. The breakfast was amazing! They had healthy options (egg white omelet with Veggie was super delicious) as well as indulgent ones (sausage gravy and biscuits yum!) And gluten free options! The room was incredibly spacious and modern. Bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great stay! All the staff was very friendly and courteous. We stayed with a wedding party and the hotel was very accommodating. My only complaint was that the pools are really small. We thought about swimming but changed our minds because even with one family in the pool, it was already pretty cramped in there. Oh, and the elevators are super slow so we took the stairs often haha. But exercise is good! Otherwise our stay was terrific. We loved our room. Great service.
I usually travel with 2 toddlers and can be particular about where we stay and this hotel impressed me. Key points are below.
Was a very convenient place to stay. Right in the middle of everything. The aquarium is just right up the road. The seaport is a few miles the other way. Plenty of restaurants and a shopping village right across the street. Room was very large and clean. Staff was very helpful.
Third time we've stayed here. They did a great job recently renovating the rooms, the location is great, and the breakfast is scrumptious. Only criticism is that the pool and hot tub seemed to be really heavy on the chlorine... but I suppose that's par for the course at hotel pools.

- Large 1080p TV with good channel selections mounted on a pull out swivel arm. So, you can see the TV at any corner of the room.
