When we found the one we really wanted, Joanna did all the research, going to town hall for records and so on. She was familiar with the town and the pros and cons of the neighborhood. She worked with us and was readily available for the inspections and to answer our questions as they came up. When our lender caused some bumps along the way, Joanna stepped right in to get things back on track and keep the process moving forward. She was a huge part of my wife and I finding our dream home, our forever home. As new parents we are excited to start this next chapter in our lives and we are very fortunate we had Joanna's excellent service to guide us through the process.
