Your people are way nice than my usual stops in MA
Latte had way too much foam. Ask for a new one. This one tastes like warm milk. Worst latte I've every had. This has happened before. With that said. I have had good lattes at this location. Their just not consistently good.
Really expensive coffee with tons of sugar. It's fine when the coffee is good, but every once in a while I'll get coffee that tastes like watered down milk. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice.. shame on me.
Horrible customer service with an attitude. Waited 15 minutes for a cup of lukewarm, stale coffee. Never had such terrible service at a Starbucks.
My pineapple black tea was great, however, being a gold member, I am suppose to get free tea refills and have at all other locations I've been too, though this location would only give me a standard tea refill and not what I just ordered.
